1. What Aevum is

Aevum is an independent, unofficial proxy tool for Minecraft that relays your connection to Hypixel and overlays publicly-available Hypixel statistics in your tab list. Aevum is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc., Mojang Studios, or Microsoft. All Minecraft and Hypixel trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Use at your own risk

Aevum relays your Minecraft connection and, depending on the features you enable, can modify what your own client displays or sends. Using any third-party tool with Hypixel - including Aevum - may violate Hypixel's own rules, and Hypixel may take action against your account (including bans, mutes, or other penalties) at its own discretion, entirely independent of anything Aevum does or intends. You are solely responsible for how you use Aevum and for any consequences on your Hypixel or Minecraft account.

3. No warranty

Aevum is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee Aevum will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aevum and its operator(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, account access, or in-game progress, arising from your use of or inability to use Aevum.

5. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your Aevum account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these terms, at our discretion and without prior notice.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Aevum to harass other players, to interfere with Hypixel's servers or other players' experience beyond Aevum's documented features, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to Aevum's own systems or other users' accounts.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aevum after a change means you accept the updated terms.
